We stopped in to grab a chocolate shake. We were shocked to see how tiny they were for the price we paid. The shakes were delicious but skimpy in size.

There is bugs and it’s very dirty and food cold

Couldn’t eat much of the burger, it was way too salty. The chicken was good but the shake had me in a CHOKEHOLD wowowow

The food is always delicious!! The cheese curds are the best and they definitely blow away Culvers curds, no joke, I wouldn't joke about that!!! I take cheese seriously. Huge thanks to Case and the gang!

Normally eating at Freddy's is a solid experience that my family looks forward to. Today was not the case. My girlfriend and I went to Freddy's for a late dinner on the road. We order our food and started waiting by the pick up window. The woman who checked us out seemed obviously annoyed that we were there on the new year's day, after a rush. We tried smoothing things over by apologizing to adding to her burden. She processes our order and tells us the food will take some time(as any order would). So we are waiting by the window and we see that they are waiting for our fries to be done in the fryer and one of the employees start using what seems to be oven cleaner spray right above the frier on the vent above. We could see the mist from the cleaner, floating down and touching the fries. I asked for a refund as this is a health hazard and contamination. I asked for a refund and they offered to remake the fries, (with the contaminated fryer) we responded that we would like a refund. This task should've been done at the end of the shift when all equipment was turned off, and when all food is packed away. I was given a refund ,however would like this to be brought to the attention of someone in charge. After seeing other reviews on this page from other users have experiences of eating food that has a chemically taste (tastes like "chemical cleaner" were the words used in another review) I am not surprised. The health of my family and I should never be at risk because these employees wanted to cut corners with closing tasks.

Their burger patties tasted like a mix of shrimp and chemical cleaner. Easily the worst burger ive ever tasted.

Came in last night and had a great experience getting my meal nice and warm during rush hour and was able to sit down and enjoy my meal in a nice an clean lobby having an amazing overall great experience!
