Handel's Homemade Ice Cream- Queen Creek

Took my older brother with autism here today for our first time because he's been asking me to take him to try it. It was completely empty and the second we walked in the workers were snickering and seemingly laughing at us. We asked if they did samples and it seemed to only cause more laughter, especially from the cashier girl. She was extremely rude throughout the whole transaction. Definitely won't be coming back based off of the unwelcoming enviornment and employees. Never one to be rude or leave a nasty review because I have worked in the industry but when it comes to my brother I just couldn't stop thinking about it and am very upset.

No fire chill vibes - its ice cream either you like it or you dont.

they call that 2 and 1/2 scoops?? always very inconsistent with their portions and serving sizes. so disappointed.

Just awesome greatness

Came to this place for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! It was a bit packed with only two girls working but it’s expected on a late Sunday afternoon. Still really quick and the girl taking my order knew a lot about the ice creams and answered all my questions quick. Overall very good experience and will be coming back with the whole fam!!

This was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Almost every single guest came up to us saying how GOOD it was, like nonstop compliments all night!! So many people said it was their favorite part and we honestly agree!!

The girls serving were the absolute sweetest. So kind, so fun, and just made everything feel so easy and special for us and our guests.

And the setup… I’m obsessed. The sign was SO cute and fit our vibe perfectly. It made the whole thing feel even more special and just looked amazing. An absolute perfect fit for our backyard wedding!

From start to finish everything was seamless and better than we could have imagined. We had absolutely phenomenal communication from start to finish and could not speak more highly of handles and their team. If you’re even thinking about booking them, DO IT. Best decision ever!!!
