i go to this in n out all the time and i have never had a problem, but this most recent time was not the best experience unfortunately. it took 30 minutes to get my food out. Which i get they may be understaffed, or training people, but if its a saturday night maybe work on staffing better? anyways idc enough about that, my main problem is that my food got handed out to the car in front of me, and then brought back into the store after the person said it wasn’t there...
Great service and atmosphere. Really cool to see all the high school aged kids in there hanging out and having a meal together. Very small town esq feel in what's not really a small town anymore.
Always great and consistent food, order is always correct, awesome staff and good prices. Seems to always be busy but they move fast. Highly recommend! Congested parking so just park a little further away.
