Jersey Mike's Subs

I go in today to get 2 subs and get told she can only put a couple pickles on each because they’re running low. These sandwiches are already expensive at $10 each and now we can’t get extra pickles? Crazy!! Needless to say I won’t be back.

Great customer service but the giant Italian that I ordered had laser cut meats and cheese ...no flavor at all....except for the pickles I had on the sandwich.
The rosemary bread was void of rosemary flavor and hard on the ends.
The Italian meats and cheese were not quality.....for $ 23.00 including tip I should have gone to a real Italian deli and gotten a real Italian sub.....Mike should monitor his stores more closely.

I received a response from the owner and they would like to make it right for me....the generic response that is given to all bad reviews have no validity and the web site doesn't exist to make things right......

We love coming to this location! Especially when Jacob is working. After only a few times he remembered us and was so sweet! He is a literal beam of light. So helpful and kind with the biggest smile. You guys should keep him on a tight leash because I definitely want to poach him to come work with me! All around an amazing employee. I loved Jersey Mikes and the food already, but this top tier amazing customer service will have me returning to this location over closer ones to my home!

After MOD couldn't help me with my dietary restriction (they lied, they suck), I came here. I was greeted by just about everyone. It wasn't overly crowded. Great customer service! He made me feel like a priority. Thank you so much for being so kind.

3 of us went in to get sandwiches 1 giant 13, 1 Regular 13, and 1 Regular 14, First none of the employees acknowledge any of when came in. The next was they only had Wheat and Rosemarie bread. When making the 14 they had no onions a few tomatoes the person asked how I wanted it I didn't even get a chance before they started to put oil and vinegar I stopped them and side mayonnaise and pickles . They aging tried to put Italian spices never asked told them salt and pepper only The 13 giant was to be Mike's way they asked what we wanted told them 3 times Mike's way. The 13 Regular they finally got it right Mike's way. The last part was when we went to pay they rang it up and walked away to work on other people's sandwich. Then was asked if it was to go or dine in said to go they they realized I was still waiting to pay. Didn't feel right paying by card so we paid cash. We used to go to this store but I don't think we'll ever go there again. We'll find another one to go to.

We have had subs from numerous Jersey Mike's. It's always been a great experience. We were very disappointed with the subs from this location. The rolls were hard and dry. They were not the same rolls other Jersey Mike's uses. It was nothing like home. The rolls were so hard and dry, that it ruined the sandwiches. $32 + for a regular and a giant sub ... wasted money.

I went in for 4 sandwiches, two were wrong. The lady taking the order was annoyed and rude. I went back to let them know the sandwich’s were wrong and she’s annoyed again. Didn’t offer to remake it. Instead put the side that we’re left out in a to go tray and handed it over. When you pay jersey mike prices, you expect what your order to be made correctly. If it’s wrong as things happen sometimes, you expect great customer service. We eat at jersey mikes often and the service here was a joke!
