$20 for a Frankenstein sub, get out of here…

I asked for a giant sub but wanted the toppings halved. Not a crazy request, mikes way one half and the other half same but minus the veggies. Kid working there then cut the sub in “half” but instead of half it was more like 1/3 and 2/3. Addressed that it wasn’t cut in “half” so he proceeded to cut off another weird small part of the 2/3 section (after I said it was fine and I would fix it when I get home) and scraped off the veggies. It’s just annoying, if I am spending $20 on a sandwich. Is asking for it to be cut in half too much to ask for? Rant over.

I didn't have a good experience here, I just wanted to ask some questions and it felt like they didn't care and were annoyed with me. Making me uncomfortable is the quickest way to ensure I dont come back.

We had a taste for subs after watching all your commercials and what a joke. Completely tasteless absolutely NO flavor never seen lunch meat cut so thin along with the so called cheese. My wife ordered your veggie and there was barely any lettuce and 1 piece of onion on each side. For what you guys charge The JOKE was on us, you will NEVER have a chance of screwing us again. The first thing you need is good bread which it was not. If you want a good Italian sub you need to go back to Chicago. I do know one thing you are not alone all the fast food places in Queen Creek are the same, you all cut corners you need to leave the area to get good food..

I go in today to get 2 subs and get told she can only put a couple pickles on each because they’re running low. These sandwiches are already expensive at $10 each and now we can’t get extra pickles? Crazy!! Needless to say I won’t be back.

Great customer service but the giant Italian that I ordered had laser cut meats and cheese ...no flavor at all....except for the pickles I had on the sandwich.
The rosemary bread was void of rosemary flavor and hard on the ends.
The Italian meats and cheese were not quality.....for $ 23.00 including tip I should have gone to a real Italian deli and gotten a real Italian sub.....Mike should monitor his stores more closely.

I received a response from the owner and they would like to make it right for me....the generic response that is given to all bad reviews have no validity and the web site doesn't exist to make things right......

We love coming to this location! Especially when Jacob is working. After only a few times he remembered us and was so sweet! He is a literal beam of light. So helpful and kind with the biggest smile. You guys should keep him on a tight leash because I definitely want to poach him to come work with me! All around an amazing employee. I loved Jersey Mikes and the food already, but this top tier amazing customer service will have me returning to this location over closer ones to my home!
