Have been here before. Food is always good. Service top shelf. When we first went in the music was very loud. Was difficult to hear what the employee was saying and difficult for her to hear us. Someone turned it down and was much better. They had the air turned down too low. Would've been nice in the summer but when it's end of November it usually isn't too hot to have it down so low

I didn't have a good experience here, I just wanted to ask some questions and it felt like they didn't care and were annoyed with me. Making me uncomfortable is the quickest way to ensure I dont come back.

We love coming to this location! Especially when Jacob is working. After only a few times he remembered us and was so sweet! He is a literal beam of light. So helpful and kind with the biggest smile. You guys should keep him on a tight leash because I definitely want to poach him to come work with me! All around an amazing employee. I loved Jersey Mikes and the food already, but this top tier amazing customer service will have me returning to this location over closer ones to...
