I placed an order on the app at 3:30 this afternoon. I put the pick up time for 5:30 - - Thinking that meant that it would be READY at 5:30, I showed up at the store expecting my pizza at that time. The employees were not the least bit concerned that my pizza wouldn’t be ready for 12 more minutes. Ordered delivery through the app. One cheese pizza, one pepperoni and two
Crazy breads. Received two pepperoni and one crazy bread. At the time that I called I hadn’t yet realized the pizzas were wrong. I asked for the second crazy bread to be delivered and was told by the little girl on the phone that they couldn’t help and that she’d get a manager. Ordered a pizza by phone, they took my order and said we close in 15 min. I said cool I’m on the 60 should be there soon, they said ok we will have it ready. When I got there the doors were locked and they kept on saying we are closed. I said but I ordered a pizza! They opened the door (reluctantly) The manager said we waited and you didn’t show up.
