I messed up, and ordered pick up. I called to see where my delivery was, and that's when I found out. They are remaking the pizza and sending it delivery..I didn't even have to ask.
This place is not the worst in the san tan valley, the one closer to Florence is a problem.

Papa Johns Pizza offers good quality food at a fair price. The online ordering process can be frustrating, with payment issues reported. However, the store manager compensated for the inconveniences. Delivery was punctual, but there was an error in the order. Despite this, the staff, like Sylvia, provide excellent service with a smile and attention to detail, making the dining experience enjoyable.
