I ordered online and when I completed the order it indicated they were making my pizza which I had changed the timing for hours later. I immediately contacted the location and they stopped the order and delayed it for when I originally wanted to pick it up. I received notification about 30 minutes prior to my pickup time the pizza was going on the oven. We live about 5 minutes away so I went up to get the pizza. I’d rather wait for it than it wait for me. When I got there it was in the oven. Waited about 5 minutes and received my order. Everything looked perfect jalapeño bites and a custom pizza. The toppings were a bit light, but were fresh and the cook was perfect. The sauce was excellent and the meat was distributed well and plenty of it. All the flavors were there. Well done cook put a nice char flavor to the crust. Sorry no pics today!

So disappointed, I paid for 2 extra cheeses and it looked like they put the bare minimum on the pie. Plus the ingredients were thin in quantity. Doubt I will order again..

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Papa John's recently. Not only did my order get messed up twice, but the customer service over the phone was shockingly rude. The female representative hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times. It's disheartening when a company fails to provide basic courtesy and service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer experience by hiring more competent employees

Ordered carryout, luckily I checked all the pizaas before I left. One pizza was completely wrong, not stuffed crust and not the zesty Italian, it was just a regular crust with sausage. So after 55 min waiting the first time, I then had to stand and wait for my correct pizza for another 25 minutes while the other pizza and cheese sticks got cold. Would give negative stars if possible.

This is probably one of the worst pizzas and wings we've ever received! More crust than toppings! Wings with a little sauce drizzled over the top.
I would give zero stars if possible. We ordered pizza for delivery. The lady delivered it without doorbell ring or notification. She left the boxes on the ground with the top box opened! What happened to the stickers to verify the pizza has been untouched? Who leaves open pizza boxes outside?! Order your pizza from somewhere else!!!

Worst customer service I’ve had in the whole east valley! I don’t know why work in a place where you deal with customers is your job and you have no patience!!! I arrived 15 mins before closing and from beginning had the worst face when i came in and gave me attitude while taking the whole ordered and seem like I couldn’t ask for something because she would irritate more, this black lady which I don’t know her name and could only describe as such! Will not get my business!! Worst employees I’ve seen!!

Ordered pizza last night and I became ill right after. This isn't the first time. I believe it's either ingredients gone bad or sanitary practices. Either way I wouldn't recommend.

Not going back to this location. Looks dirty inside and saw one employee wipe their face with their hand and go back to making pizza. Very unsanitary conditions. They seriously need to be inspected and train their staff on how to handle food.
