Munchies never disappoints!

After buying 4 yogurts and a cup full of treats to go on top of the yogurts, two girls in the shop said my grandson couldn’t try a sample for a cup to go. They said people come in and sample things and don’t buy anything. This was after I already bought 4 yogurts and a cup full of toppings. Clearly, I made a purchase and was making another. They would not give me a managers name or when one would be in. I am from out of town and we make a stop at Mod’s for pizza and then come here, every time we are in town. We won’t be back! Have a yogurt shop back home very similar and never been treated this way. The toppings counter was not very clean and things on the counter where people had spilled. We found Bahama Bucks now. They gladly made us as many samples as we wanted. Yes, we also made a purchase at Bahama Bucks. Lost good paying customers for the rudeness of two employees.

So delicious my favourite flavor is always there and they’re toppings look so good 😊

Great place for fro-yo. The store is typically very clean and the staff is very friendly.

This location sucks. We came here and tried to use a coupon from the entertainment book (the coupon had the address for this location), and the girl working said she doesn’t know how to use it. This is frustrating because we drove to this specific location so we could use the coupon. I do not recommend this location and I myself will not be back here. February 1st 3:30pm.

Amazing ice cream, amazing staff, fruit could be kept up better to avoid being like a little soggy but other than that it's extremely cleanly and never disappoints.

Vegetarian options: If it's not labeled as the staff

Dietary restrictions: Obviously be careful for dairy intolerance and ask staff for clearance on whether or not it has things like nuts, egg, dairy, ect.

Kid-friendliness: Staff love seeing the kids- when they had color changing spoons the kids would get sooo excited and the staff were just so kind.

The BEST cakes!!! We do all our kids birthday cakes from Menchies. They even do a custom image so we could really personalize it. Wonderful staff at the Queen Creek location (especially Michelle Volk!), we always love coming here!

Love the Banana pudding Yogurt at this place !!Unfortunately they always rotating it so when that’s not available then the rest of the flavors are so so. Please don’t rotate the banana pudding one because that’s the best one.

I absolutely LOVE menchies! Their flavory are so delicious and there are so many flavors and topings to choose from! The staff is so friendly! They are very accommodating! 10 out of 10 would recommend to any one of my friends or family!

I haven't been to a fro-yo place in a few years. I was very disappointed with the reaction given to me when I declined to add a tip to my $9/each yogurt cups (total bill was almost $18 for two cups). I'm a great tipper when there is a service provided to me, ie: food server at a restaurant, the tire shop attendant checking the air in my tires, my plumber who gave me exceptional service, etc. These girls stood behind the counter, that's it. I did everything, filled my cups, added the toppings, put them on the scale...there was zero service given. The eye rolls and head shaking when I chose not to tip them for doing nothing for me was comical and enough to make me never return to this business. Employers, please teach the value of customer service and that you are not entitled a tip for doing nothing except showing me where to tap my credit card. My date of visit was 6/2/24 at roughly 7pm.

A lot of the different flavors were out of service and it didn’t look clean in there at all. Yogurt was good but I’d rather make the drive to Zoyo.
