MOD Pizza

Very slow. Placed an online order and arrived at the store after the email told me my food would be done (a bit over 15min). Asked for my order only to be informed “they will start it shortly”. Mine was then the third next in line to be made. After I received my food they apologized for the delay and I asked what the reason for it as this is a convenient lunch location for me and I’d like for it to work out but I can’t have unexpected 20 min delays as I have to get back to work. They informed me they only staff 3 people. One to take the order and make it, one to cook it, and the other I assume is making sure everything stays stocked. This made for an extremely slow operation in a very uncrowded store. I asked if they were short anyone and they informed me no they just don’t ever expect anyone to show up during. The pizza is decent, and the staff were polite but certainly in need of additional hands.

Wow this mods is the most hit or miss restaurant I have ever been to. It really hasn't tasted good the past 2 times we've been here but it was so good the first 6 months it was open. Anyway the girl who helped us acted like she didn't want to be there, didn't listen after asking questions, missed 2 things on mine and 1 on my wife's. Both our pizzas had tons of sauce and hardly any cheese or toppings. I get a lot on my pizza and all I tasted was tomato paste. Look at that picture... save your money and go somewhere else or make your own.

Pizza is always good but if you order online during busy hours make sure to add a 30 min on to your estimated pick up time. The pick up times they give are way off.

Standard mod but has pretty good staff who try to be helpful.

Been waiting in line 45 minutes. Slowest service EVER. ALL 5 employees and ONE is making pizza slower than dirt.

MOD used to be great but I'm sure it depends on the store. Sorry to say but kids just don't care anymore. At this store the kids (employees) were more interested in chatting with each other and messing around. One of the 3 pizzas was undercooked. Tasty lemonade though. 👌

Very slow service.

We go here about once a month and have never seen it like it was this past weekend. Very disappointing service. The young man who came out to roll out the dough didn't put gloves on and when told by us that he needed to if that was ours his mood definitely got worse. Didn't throw out the one he touched and put it back in the box to be used for someone else but did put on gloves, rolled ours and went to the back without a word? Girl came over with attitude and made our pizzas without much conversation. The request by my partner for gloves was loud enough that other employees heard and a manager should have spoken to us or at the very least addressed the problem. They are lucky we aren't an inspector. Every employee that night seemed very disinterested in being there! If we hadn't had good experiences in the past we wouldn't have stayed and will think twice about visiting this location in the future!

Their regular crust is vegan, they have Beyond sausage and Daiya mozzarella cheese, and of course there are veggies galore. Very delicious and reasonably priced.

Waited in line for 30 minute and were told they were out of crust and ran everyone out of the store in line. They wouldn't take the in-store customers. Instead, were only building online orders. Staff is rude and builds pizzas with the fewest amount of each ingredient as possible. Wish there was a blaze pizza
close as it is the same concept but actually will build the pizza how you like with a smile (at least the one I go in Laurel MD). I like the MOD pizza if I could actually get one and not have to fight for portions every time and face rude staff with the demeanor of Eeyore.

Absoloutly ridiculous nobody is running this place children running around and the employees were ignoring customers to gossip about other employees, super unproffesional and a very uncomfortable experience. The short-haired blond employee with (surprise surprise) no name tag was hostile toward employees and customers, and didnt focus on food all

The service and atmosphere has gone down a ton since opening, luckily the pizza still is good. An Okay place If you don't mind a nasty bathroom and sticky tables, and very slow service.

I ordered from this restaurant and granted it was my family because I thought I chose delivery. I called right away once I noticed my mistake and the first time someone hung up in my face, the second time I called I let the phone ring, on my end, twenty times and someone finally answered and when I advised the young lady about my mistake she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time to cancel my order because she was too busy. I asked her, do you are too busy to cancel my order that I’m giving you the order confirmation to, and she said she is busy on the oven, and they are short staffed. Very rude, unprofessional, at the end of the day you chose to work there, so why be disrespectful because the store is busy.
