I don't even know where to begin. All day I had been thinking about getting Panda Express for dinner, even during lunch. So when the time finally came i jumped into my car and went to go get a slice of heaven. Unfortunately when i got home and opened the family meal (I was picking up food for my family I swear im not eating an entire family meal myself) I was greeted with the dynamite chicken, which is still great don't get me wrong, But its just not orange chicken....
UPDATE: portions have gotten better. The food still tastes great. And their response to customer feedback is amazing. Not going to give up on this place. We love the orange chicken and other menu items too much!!
Never thought I'd be reviewing a Panda Express, but the young lady and her fellow co-workers really went out of their way to help me today and I really appreciate it. There was a glitch in the system that caused my order not to go through and not only were they very courteous but they made the order once the situation had been taken care of.
Highly recommended for the polite staff and the consistent food!
