This place almost killed me multiple times and couldn't have cared less about me as their employee! I had low blood sugar and was acting funny and all they kept saying was are you drunk?!! Instead of calling an ambulance!!! Shameful and inhumane bullies! I will never waste a penny or nickel on these AHs again!

This location never fails to impress with the quality of food and customer service they provide. Today Alivia helped me with my order. Professional, friendly, and eager to help. Thank you

Staff here was awesome!

Service wise, I would say employees are really nice and more than nice. I ordered kids menu with teriyaki chicken. But they gave me orange chicken. When I informed them they immediately brought another one and did not take back first one. So nice of them.

Food wise, it is horrible. I don’t like to say this way but I could not resist myself. We ordered one pad and mother kids menu. Unfortunately both of the dish was soggy, salty and bad smell on pad. They are claiming orange chicken is a type of teriyaki with different type of sauce. But believe me I have eaten Chinese teriyaki chicken atleast 100 times. The one they made is not teriyaki at all. I hope they can improve their food quality as employee service.

We hadn't been to a Pei Wei in years. When we told Michael Rice the manager, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! He went over the entire menu wirh us...what a pleasant experience. He's definitely a great asset to the company!

Im giving up on this location, 3 times in a row with messed up orders and lies from the manager. Charged for missing items and were told we would get a credit. Didn't happen, same thing again, same results. 3rd time the manager himself said he would watch for our order a personally give us what we missed that last 2 times. Didn't happen again. Called and the manager said he would give us credit for the entire bill. Didn't happen.

After we had already been served our food, I asked who I think was the manager if on future visits my better half could request to add mushrooms to her dish.

He said absolutely, and I was happy that they were willing to do so for our next visit.

2 minutes later, the manager walks out to our table with a side of mushrooms with the appropriate sauce.

I had noticed him in the cooking area just before.

He had answered my question, then went the extra to personally make our experience better. Hats off to them all.

As a delivery driver this will be the last time I pick up an order from here, third time and last time. Every time I go there is always an issue. This time I arrive they lost the customers order and said “sorry it’s gonna be another 20 minutes” having to cancel an order for me as a driver for Uber drive hurts my ratings as a driver. The other two times it take 15-20 minutes for the food to be done

Mongolian Steak and Honey Seared chicken are excellent. This location cooked it all perfectly and we're very friendly! Worth a stop if you are in the area!
