Portillo's Queen Creek

I got an Italian Beef, dipped with extra jus, onion rings, and a slice of Eclair Cake. The onion rings were crispy and fresh, and the sandwich was flavorful and moist! Messy, but that comes with the territory!

The Roast beef sandwich is awesome!

Portillo’s queen creek is subpar. I’ve been eating Portillo’s for many years now. Back in the day they never charged for peppers. Now they want .99 for each sweet and hot peppers to put on a sandwich. I order my usual beef with hot peppers and mozzarella cheese, both up charges and half my sandwich had hot peppers with no mozzarella and half with mozzarella without hot peppers. If you guys are going to charge more, than at least make the sandwich correctly. This experience has really turned me off from Portillo’s as they have been going downhill for a couple years now. I will be looking for other places that care about the items they produce.

The BEST double cheeseburger anywhere...period. 3x the beef vs In-n-Out Double Double plus much better toppings. Very nice employees- great service. Love Portillos-great Chicago dogs too. I hit em up when I'm in the Windy City as well!!

I heard Gabriel Iglesias aka Fluffy mention this place in a stand up routine... I went and I got that Chocolate Cake Shake... It's everything and more... I had like 1/3 of at first, the rest later... OMG... The majority of the cake was at the bottom .. PURE Deliciousness... If you get a sandwich, get the fries WITH MELTED CHEESE!!! Great service, great food, great people!

It is a disservice to the customers to serve such a deliciously juicy big beef sandwhich then only provide the automatic faucets when you wash your hands. Nothing is worse than staring at yourself in the mirror acting like a mime at a Paris art show trying to get the faucets to stay on for more than 5 seconds.

Shakes are good too.

My husband and I drive by here when we go to Costco and decided to check it out. The grilled chicken was really good. We also tried the Rodeo burger which is really good too and the bacon was crispy but the bun did get a little soggy. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommend signing up to the rewards program.

Cashier completely screwed up my order, even though I ordered by the menu number. Went back and the kid was completely clueless.

Food was excellent as usual, and the service was quick. Restaurant was clean and nothing seemed out of place.

My beef bowl had no gravy and my sweet peppers were extra to only offer small ones so really disappointed. Fries arent fried in beef tallow ain't no way. No wonder the place was empty.. My kids work at Portillos and woukd be upset to see how you guys serve your food vs how we serve in Texas.
