First time customer to a Rosatis!! Had an issue with ordering thru the website and app so had to call in my order and Justin was very helpful getting that done. We ordered the monster and WOW..it was good. And I'm not a fan of pizza. Usually I get a sub but since it was our first time I just did the pizza. It seems most of the time when we order something isn't correct. This time we asked for a well done calzone and pizza and extra sauce for the calzone. Both the calzone and pizza weren't well done (pizza was soggy) and there was no extra sauce. We picked up the order instead of delivery so you can't use the excuse of the delivery time being the issue. Also their antipasta salad no longer has any meat, which a traditional real antipasta does. That should be renamed...
This was my first experience with the San Tan location, my previous experiences was at the Gilbert location. I have always been very satisfied with the pizzas I have ordered; however this pizza was not up to par. It was a thin crust but was kinda soggy, maybe too much pizza sauce. The ingredients were not spread properly as most it was in the center leaving the outside with just the sauce. I’m willing to come back as previous experiences were good, I will just be bit more...
