Tacos La Cora is a very good pop-up taco stand! Good prices and really good food. We stopped by today to try it for the first time and are impressed. We tried three different taquitos (street tacos) and a Quesadilla Sencilla (cheese quesadilla). I really enjoyed the quesabirria taco. The meat was juicy, tender, and flavorful. Note: cash and Zelle only.This was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredible, fast, and friendly. The prices are very reasonable.I tried everything so I could review it. Here goes:- Note: The taquitos are street tacos, not rolled tacos.- The birria taquito was great and flavorful, but I've never understood why you'd get birria when quesabirria exists.
