I got a bag of the regular pretzel bits & a bag of the cinnamon & sugar bits. They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. Delicious pretzels, dog bites and cheese bites when fresh. Be warned, these snacks cost as much as a meal at a sit down restaurant, so be prepared to spend $20 for a couple of items.I ordered 2 order of dog bites, but they only had 1 available for purchase?Customer service is a cold experience with 1 employee in particular at this location. The other employees are always friendly.
