I got a bag of the regular pretzel bits & a bag of the cinnamon & sugar bits. They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. The staff are definitely working hard, but it seems like there are issues with consistency. Maybe more...

Delicious pretzels, dog bites and cheese bites when fresh. Be warned, these snacks cost as much as a meal at a sit down restaurant, so be prepared to spend $20 for a couple of items.I ordered 2 order of dog bites, but they only had 1 available for purchase?Customer service is a cold experience with 1 employee in particular at this location. The other employees are always friendly.

Pretzels are inconsistent in their tenderness and flavor.I have read the previous reviews and see that people commented that this location stops making pretzels at a certain time - so your're stuck with old ones if it's close to 8/830pm (depending on the day of the week - they close at 8pm or 830pm.) In the past, if we're at WalMart towards the last hour of the store's operation, the manager will offer us BOGO 1/2 off...so they don't have to trash as many...
