Terrible service, people who work there are extremely rude. A man who worked there would scream at the other side of the area, then proceeded to flip people off through the window. I really enjoy eating here, it’s a shame they hire anyone.

I had a terrible experience. Melina, who identified herself as the manager, was incredibly rude. I ordered well-done wings, but they were soggy and inedible when I got home. I called and spoke to Melina, who didn't start remaking the order until I arrived. After another 20-minute wait, the replacement wings were also soggy. There was no apology for the inconvenience; instead, the manager grabbed my bag and tossed it in the trash. Horrible service!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. I ordered buffalo wings, but they showed up completely dry with no sauce at all. The fries were just as underwhelmingtotally unseasoned and bland.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the staff. As soon as we walked in, the employees started complaining openly, which set a really negative tone before we even ordered. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.
The food was such a letdown that I didn’t even end up eating the wings. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Wow. Just got yelled at by I’m assuming the manager, who was sitting at a table doing what looked like the employee schedule, for picking up MY food order that I had already paid for as there was a line and nobody else helping!!! Scared me to death! She was rude. Dirty blonde with her hair pulled up. I didn’t know I couldn’t grab MY food off the shelf just like every other place/restaurant I go to for pick up!!! You didn’t have to yell at me like that, you could’ve and should’ve simply said “can I help you” or “are you here for pick up?”. Can’t believe I have to sit here and teach a manager manners and how to treat a customer! You also could’ve gotten up off your butt sooner seeing there was a line to help out or manage your employees to. I will never go back here again! How horrible!

We ordered at 12:14. Said it would be ready at the latest 12:27. We got our food at 12:55. Waited 10 min and asked after people after me came in and got food within minutes. We always give them the benefit and we always wait 30 min or longer for our food. Never again. No apology nothing. Just ok we will get to you order. Don’t say it will be ready in 10 or 15 min when it’s always longer.

There were two times my order was cold when I ordered online. The first time I had ordered I was given an estimate of 30 minutes for pick up time. I arrived 25 minutes after I placed the order, so five minutes earl. When I got there, my food was already ready and cold. Today, I had ordered again from the same place. I ordered and was given a 15 minute estimate, got their five minutes earlier to pick up time. I got there 5 minutes early, and was told my order wasn’t ready yet. I then proceed to wait 20 minutes before I went up to the cashier to ask how much longer for my order and they gave me a bag that was already sitting there. My food is once again cold.

amiyah and the other cashier ( i think it was camden or something like that im sorry i have the worst hearing haha) were so nice its actually insane, their customer service was top tier and they deserve a raise. instantly made my day and you best believe im gonna be back at this location because of their kindness

I’ll post this to offset some of the negative reviews. Ordered on DoorDash. Bone-in wings, chicken tenders, and fries. The order was correct, timely, and the food was good. I’d order again.
To watch the circus of incompetence at this location was hilarious tonight. I place an order online through the wingstop website and got 7 tenders with ranch and a drink. Order arrives with 2 ranches missing...somehow only got 5/7 tenders all of which were TINY and no drink at all. Literally the only thing they got right was the flavor lol. I call to try and just get refunded for what DIDN'T show up and the dude on the phone says he can just give me a credit and next time I can call and just 'let them know' LOL no. The only other option to refund the order which was to bring back the food. The pettiness is hilarious and I live close by so I was like sure....ill bring it back. When I arrive it's just mass chaos with a bunch of gen Zer's running around yelling like chickens with their head cut off and the girl who assisted me says the guy I talked to on the phone is the ONLY guy that can give refunds and he left the store and will be back in 20 minutes. I'm seeing red at this point but I've already driven there so I wait. While I wait, I people watch and continuously watch streams of people come back through to doors with missing food items, missing drinks and DD drivers being told it will be 35 minutes all while these kids in the back are all yelling at each other and blaming one another. I've seen more organization from my 4 year old niece. Here's hoping they are able to figure out how to run a chicken wing restaurant XD

They said they couldn't do the freewings in store and that I only could do it only online well other wingstops said they could do it in store.
Came in around 9:15 last night, I walked in and waited for them to take my order bc they were all just chatting in the back and none of the registered were signed in. They take my order and just kinda stared at me when we finish not telling me if I was all set to just wait or anything. While I was waiting one of the girls just looked irritated being there and some of them were just sitting or chatting in the lobby. I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for my food because they put it on the counter and didn't say my name then put it on the pick up order shelf even though it was to-go. Nobody apologized or anything one of the girls just told the people in the back that we were here and then handed me the bag. I take it to my car and check it and there's practically no sauce on the hickory bbq wings and of course the fries are cold and i no longer wanted them bc wingstop fries are only good when they are warm. I will not return here.

Got a big order of 6o wings. Before leaving had to check my food was missing 2 orders of 5 wings. Got them made for me.
Then I got home and I guess I didn't check good enough was missing another order of 10 wings. Had to drive back to get them.
The first time I was there I noticed the girl in the back kept dropping wings and used tongs to put them back in the box.
The second time I went back they had a worker walking around eating wings out in the open!! Right where they mix the wings up.
