“We came here on a Friday afternoon with my husband's aunt who lives in the community. We sat outside with a lovely view of the majestic mountains and beautifully maintained golf course grounds. Our server Rachel was very friendly and attentive. Given that it was a Friday during Lent, we much appreciated the seafood options on the menu. We ordered calamari to share as an appetizer, which was tasty. I also ordered a bowl of Manhattan clam chowder before my meal, which was also tasty. My husband and his aunt both ordered the tuna wrap, which was huge (his aunt had to bring half of hers home) and I ordered the salmon southwest salad, both of which were delicious. Even better, we very much appreciate the carrot cake dessert option, which is a favorite of ours to order anywhere it's offered (and we were surprised when Rachel asked "any room for dessert?" and my husband answered "well, let's see, do you have carrot cake?" and Rachel said "yes, we do, and it's delicious!" and indeed, she was correct!!!). All in all, a fabulous meal with a friendly server and a phenomenal view.”

“There is no view anywhere to beat the location and ambience of Needlerock. My meal was the chicken Parmesan. In the past it was decadently delicious, last night the chicken was overcooked and dried out. My guests were very happy, one had the mussels and other the million dollar burger.”

“Amazing place!!! True Italian!!!!!”
“Love this place, and regularly travel the ten miles from my home to enjoy the best Americano in The Valley. The pastries are expensive (and very good) but hey, I suppose you have to pay the rent and keep the lights on. Cheerful happy atmosphere, lovely service and excellent coffee.”
“Oh, yeah! Gotta check this place out. Top marks. The variety and taste of their beers, knowledge and friendliness of their servers, and unique and on-point theme of Bone Haus makes this one of the top overall breweries to visit in Arizona.
Three different pilsners (German, New Zealand, and West Coast) that individually all nail it is a rarity. Some Oktoberfest kegs still had some life in them, the marzen and festbier, both of which also hit like they're supposed to. There were more full-bodied and dark beers, too. Geez, these folks are killing it.
Bar service was off-the-charts friendly, even if you're the one out-of-state brewery tourist in the middle of a crowd of locals. Does Sam the Bartender know and speak the names of each local as they come and go? Dude's good, you guys. Didn't catch the name of the younger bartender, but his friendliness game was on par with Sam. Both these gents knew their beers, and gladly shared their wisdom along with history and stories about the brewery, Arizona, and of course lost treasure.
Parking's easy and the place was easy to find. Excellent signage out front that probably would have looked even more impressive at night. Local, small size. Some patio seating, a few interior 4-tops, and a handful of barstool seats at the bar are available. Locals and bartenders were all in a chatter about upcoming live music and food trucks, so these folks are genuinely doing everything right. Vibe-wise, Bone Haus is all-in on their brand and theme, namely skulls, death, cemeteries, and Arizona history mixed with folklore. It feels like 'Red Dead Redemption' meets 'Coco.' It's all sort of awesome there. It's almost like going to a theme park, but for beer and more macabre.
Patronize these folks. A lot, if you're smart.”

“I took my sister for her birthday celebration. Our experience was outstanding. We had, Seabass, bison steak, shrimp, scampi, and Caesar salads. They also provided a complementary spice cake, cupcake. Everything was cooked to perfection. Frenchie was our waiter. He was very attentive and always a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend. Embers for a special occasion or just a nice evening out. The ambience is very relaxing and inviting. Kyle, the manager visited our table and always has very kind things to say. I had a discrepancy on my bill and Kyle took care of it in a timely manner. The first impression at the host desk, Laurel and Lorena are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. What a wonderful way to spend any night of the week dining. LT”

“A fantastic dining experience. It seems to be family owned and operated which is always fun. We got the humus, olives and feta, arugula salad and greek lasagna. Staying locally for 6 nights at the Inn at Eagle Mtn. We will return.”

“The place is quite decent. Just was there and they have raised their prices. I find it no longer worth it to eat there. I think their new prices are out of line so I will be going somewhere else. I really think they do not care since they are very busy and also do a big bar business.. I just don’t like being ripped off. There are better choice in the surrounding area.”

“Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. We were driving home to Gilbert from Payson and decided to make a pit stop for lunch in Fountain Hills. Sushi sounded like the perfect cuisine after a day of strenuous hiking. First off, this place is absolutely gorgeous. Painted cement floors, large comfy booths, not to mention the beautiful artificial Bonsai tree in the center of the restaurant. Like another reviewer said, I'm not much on fake plants, but this was a nice touch and not too tacky. The service was pretty good, our server Emily checked in on us quite a bit. However, the best part of the experience was the food. I started with the Baked Scallop Dynamite Roll, which was phenomenal. My Dad loved his Lunch Fried Rice with Chicken as well. Surprisingly, the Miso Soup and House Salad we had on the side was delicious as well. Especially that salad, the dressing was to die for. Enough said, we'll be back to Oka for sure.”

“Just had a hiking group stop by Phil's after a couple loops around the fountain. I had the sliders which were excellent and my wife got a Julienne salad which was huge. Everyone had positive feedback on their lunches & service. I always stop in while vacationing here from Michigan and I'm never disappointed. Thanks Phil & staff for ALL you do.”

“The selection of bagels and toppings is vast, so you can get exactly what you want. The servers are attentive, friendly and helpful. And they make hands-down the best bagels anywhere in the northeast of the Valley of the Sun. We don't buy bagels anywhere else.\n\nThere is seating inside and on the outside patio.”

“Everything’s delicious! The fries are my favorite in the city hands down, crispy and salted to perfection. The burgers are seasoned just right and there’s not a flavor combo this man has not mastered. If you get the chance, place an order - you won’t regret it!”

“I stopped by water and ice today and got the BEST customer service!! They stopped what they were doing to answer my questions, tell me about the process and I got to sample the water. The water and ice tasted amazing. This will be the only place I get my water from. Thank you for your help and kindness!”
“Tonight I enjoyed dinner and a look at Fountain View Village. It was very cheerful and bright building with many areas for residents to gather. The residents I spoke with seem to greatly enjoy being a part of the community and all the activities it has to offer. The dining experience was exceptional with shrimp, Caesar’s salad, lobster tail and chocolate cake. It was absolutely a 5 star dinner with an exceptional staff. I would highly recommend looking at FVV as a living option. It is a lovely community with many happy residents.”
