My husband and I took a friend here for lunch earlier this week. she had never been to AZ, and this restaurant has such tremendous mountain views. The food & service were very good -- as always.

Wow! As TVR members for over 6 years, I must say our experience from start to finish dining with our daughter, her husband, and three children under five, was fantastic. Hannah, our server, was always available, and flexible to our needs. She was smiley and kind! We ordered a few apps, and they came out in a timely manner. Our wine was delivered to us quickly from our wine locker. We ordered dinner for the adults, and just pasta and a side of meatballs for the kids. Again, dinner came out all together, and hot! Dessert, the kids split a scoop of ice-cream, with chocolate sauce. Perfect! We had a wonderful family dinner! ,

The new Chef at Needle Rock is already outstanding. After a couple of years of having no interest in eating there, we are so happy to have a great Chef & restaurant back! Congrats Chef! We look forward to more continued menu changes. One thing we have greatly missed is the whole, wood grilled Trout, with several choices of side sauces. We used to have so many friends who would travel here for dinner just for that trout! Sadly, over the last couple of years, none of our friends have wanted to make the trip out here to join us for dinner. Keep up the good work! Also, with so many people coming and going.....general managers, food and beverage & servers, we are so happy Danette has stayed the course! We could not ask for a better server ever!

The atmosphere was peppy and fun! Our server was excellent and the food was good. A large group seated near us had a very loud woman who was annoying, but after they left, things were great.

Inconsistent with their service. We can have a normal lunch or dinner...or sometimes service is so long that it becomes 3 hrs with a whole lot of food mess ups.

Wish they kept their last menu with the stetson chopped and the protein entree with picking the sides and sauce.

Understaffed. Bartender pretty much had to take our order. Less than 10 people in there eating. I had specific instructions on a surprise for our dessert which never happened. Food was ok at best

We have eaten at the Needle Rock several times. The menu has good variety of foods at a nice range of prices. The food has always been tastefully prepared. The service has been consistent. Renee has been our server on a few occasions and has always provided us with exceptional service. The room can get loud. The views of the mountains from the dining room are beautiful. Overall we enjoy the Needle Rock and will be going back.

We live at Trilogy Verde River. For the past six years we've seen the ups and downs. I must say, from start to finish our reservation was very good! Hostess greeted us with a big smile, sat us at a booth in the main dining room with our friends, sever was friendly and timely, food was very good, we all were very satisfied!

Great service and delicious food. Arrived in time and dining room ready for us. We invited our neighbors to join us since they had never been there before. They really enjoyed their meal.
