It took so long to get our food. Manager was interviewing someone so it seems team leader did not know what to do. Used the app to order the food. We were standing there so long..4 employees asked us if we had been helped. Gave my number and they said it's being worked on. Manager finally finished and asked us also. Still didn't help. Finally got our 2 mcdoubles, large fries but they forgot our frozen coke. Gave us that and wanted to know why we were still there and...
This is probably one of the best McDonald's restaurants I've been to in years. The staff have always been polite to me. So far, my orders have always been correct (which, sadly, is amazing). And while I still might have to wait for my order to be completed, it's much quicker at this particular restaurant then any of the ones I've been to in Tucson or Phoenix.
This McDonald's is actually one of the good ones.. for the most part every time I've been there my order has been Wright and delivered to me quickly. I can't say this about every McDonald's, but this one is managed well.
