I really want to praise this excellent resort. We stay at other casinos in the Phoenix area- not so nice of people there- thought we’d try here for a quick get away. One thing stood out famously. EVERYONE is so incredibly helpful and nice Arissa at the Apache steak house was adorable and the prime rib special was delicious. Our hotel clerk was amazing. We’ll be back
Good food and portions at the restaurant and free pop at the casino also free hot coffee available in the lobby and they refill it regularly from 9am it was hot and even at 10pm it was still hot w/ decaf and hot water options and creamer etc. Rooms are spacious and well built/modern with cold ac tv, fridge. Also restroom in lobby is clean

But after I lost my cash I wanted an adult beverage or two and although the bar was mostly empty could not get the bar tenders attention for about 30 minutes
On a high note I had several drinks that night and was only charged for one
So the bartender got a higher tip than normal after I felt neglected
