Angry Crab Shack

AMAZING service. Since they don't take reservations, we called ahead since we were a party of 8. They had a table ready and waiting for us. Alicia was our server and she was PHENOMENAL. We had such an awesome experience. I even got my parents from Minnesota to have a shrimp boil (which they thought was SPICY but still ate every bit of it)! It truly seemed like everyone at this location has immense pride in their work. We hope to come back in the future!

This is the absolute best location to go to!! Customer service is through the roof! Staff is so friendly, & always smiling. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The food is hot, fresh & definitely delicious.

For what you get it's honestly just overpriced. Joe's crabshack is hands down better snd what I would recommend to those looking for this style of seafood. It's cheaper and fresher.

Food was good.
Service was horrid. Unsure why it took 15 minutes to bring us a check. Too busy talking with buddies then saw us looking and suddenly remembered. Other waiters checked on us more than our own. We were 1 of 3 tables, and each server had a single table. So unsure again, why someone else took our order.
Our sort of server was Ally, young blonde girl.
It was 9:15pm, yes you guys close at 10pm but why did we decide to mop the bathroom floors leaving it in standing water. Bathroom doors didn’t lock in the woman’s.

This is the best Angry Crab of them all. Food is perfect every time and the manager interacts with patrons to make sure everyone is satisfied…this is a nice touch. Our waitress was a bit inattentive our last visit, but it happens and the food was still great. I drive from Casa Grande just to go to this restaurant. It’s shines above the others. The manager, Mike, treats you like you’ve been lifelong friends. Great manager and he does a great job keeping things clean and enjoyable.

We made our own boil with just shrimp and blue mussels with a pice of corn each. We got the trifecta sauce and went for a mild spice. It was still spicy. The food was great. I was really surprised after all the other reviews that I read. I guess it depends when you go. Jenna was our server, and she was awesome.

Our waitress Sarah, was very efficient and nice. Our meals were great, the bowls, scallop and shrimp, were enjoyable. The dungeness crabs were delicious according to my grand daughter. The lobster rolls were also great.Thanks.

Went here with my partner a few days ago. Our server was super-helpful and walked us through the different menu selections. We ended up sampling so many things on the menu and had a wonderful time. The chef and the manager both came out to greet us as well. Will definitely eat here again!

Personally I’m not the type to eat out but when my wife brought this home and I started digging into a crab leg the smell was horrendous. It had a strong ammonia like smell that made me throw away the entire meal. I’m not too sure if they were under cooked given the slime texture or just simply old crab legs but I’ll be sure to follow up in hopes of an explanation.

My mom and I stumbled across this as we were leaving Wells Fargo. As my mom was moving into the area, we wanted to see what restaurants were around. As we stumbled around, we saw this, and we decided to stop, immediately walked in, and decided to order. It had a friendly, warm, inviting atmosphere, laid back, and was busy for lunch. Highly recommend.
