The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5 and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee was folding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. What are some of the ways that borro's pizza can improve, they can start by closing the doors and locking them! I've gone there multiple times (5 times) every time it's something 2 doz wings(1 which was sauced wrong) that sat under a heat lamp for 10 plus minutes....and I know this, because my wife saw them sitting as she sat and waited for our super over cooked pizza with the rubber cheese to come out.
