While the food, and staff were generally really good, It seems every time I come here there is a dispute between coworkers. Brother working tortillas and first stage bowls was working his butt off! keeping consistent speed and keeping the line moving, however one of the staff was unable to keep up and spoke to him as if he was a dog in training. It just felt very unprofessional to grill someone who really wasn't at fault from a customer who is 12' away from the situation...

They advertise free guacamole when u download their app but make it impossible to ever actually get the stuff lol ..Just another scammy action by a franchise to trick u into downloading an app u don't need and that does very little to benefit anyone... If anything at all

First time coming here since it’s opening. I read the reviews earlier and was a bit apprehensive because of how many negative ones there were but was hopeful they were one-offs. I was INCREDIBLY pleased to open my bowl and find that they had LOADED it with all my toppings and had a hearty portion of Barbacoa. I did not order double protein but it sure looked like I did! I told my mother that ordering here at the time I did was a good choice for a super late dinner. Hope to have...
