Hubby was craving a steak quesadilla… didn’t know where to go so we went here. Had to get something for everyone. $53 dollars later and 15 minutes in line. His quesadilla was chicken….

Ordered our food through drive thru, made the mistake of not checking our food until we got home. Surprise.....not our order! I called and asked for a refund and was promised a refund. In the mean time my daughter and her boyfriend went back to the restaurant with the wrong order. And they gave them our order, they took the wrong order back. Let's hope it doesn't just end up in some else's order. 1 hour later and still no refund!

My order has been completely wrong multiple times. The drive through workers cannot even understand English and the order accuracy is awful. I was unable to eat my order three separate times now. I will no longer be going to this location at all.

You give them $20 for some fries and meat and they give you 3 teaspoons of salsa after i ask for “a lot” 😂😂what a joke . So stingy on their sauce!

Food hits every time but I have quite literally never gotten the amount of sauces/the right ones I ask for and have to go back EVERY SINGLE TIME for it??? Idk why they so stingy in the drive thru when in the lobby you can just grab them

Ordered the birria ramen today, was the only thing I had eaten today. I’ve thrown up 4 times after eating only a little bit of it. Guaranteed food poisoning. My family and I ate the same food yesterday and they are fine, so I know for a fact it was this food. The lady was rude as well, if you don’t like people, don’t take customer facing jobs.

Took a little longer than usual. Food was not very hot. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos with potatoes and somehow had beans all over the bag and napkins. Asked for red and green sauce but only got 2 green.

The Tortillas shouldnt be hard and crunchy, the ones you use for bean burritos. Cover them tortillas up or something, man. The edges are all chewy… you got amatuers in the kitchen or what. VIVA LA RAZA!

Rude female employees at counter & it reeks of mold in there. Couldn't even sit there for 10 min bc of mold smell causing headache & nausea. Gross!
