Geno’s is hands down one of the best pizza spots around and an absolute must try in San Tan Valley. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by Jamie and an incredibly friendly staff who make you feel like family every single time. Ordered from Geno's Giant Slice in San Tan Valley after seeing their posts asking the community for support. After trying it, I can clearly see why they're struggling.
The dough on both the pizza and cheese bread was dense, tough, and had zero crisp. The pizza itself was greasy to the point of being unpleasant. The only thing with any redeeming quality was the cheese and sauce, but the dough ruined the whole meal. Honestly, I would have been happier with a frozen Red Baron.
