If you care eating healthy and delicious Mexican food, this is the place that goes above and beyond for you to eat as you wish!!! Chef knows and gives you options what he has and can do, he will cook for you as you ask. Great chicken and or carne asada tacos wrap with lettuce leaf, the best ones i ever had. I cant even begin to start with what I want to say first about this food truck! 1. Best mexican food truck ive had! 2. The quesa-birria (chefs kiss) literally in my top 2 best ive ever had so flavorful with a hint of spice but not to much! 3. The carne asada quesdilla on point also huge like big big full of meat , the carne asada in general yum yum. Like I know if I want food that is going to hit the spot this is my place.
