Just go to any other location. The customer service here is super weird. Not allowed to add lemonade to juice. Can’t put a dash of lemonade in the water. Seems to be one team member that won’t do it because they’re the only one that won’t do it. Forgets half the order. No dressing in salad. The list goes on. I’ve been coming here since it opened. And have always brushed off the missing items and weird customer service. But it’s every single time I come at this point. Just done with this location.

My wrap is usually ripped and broken or falls apart. The dressing and protein are always on one end of the wrap and never mixed properly. Other salad and gos are much better.

super good salad. :) but i got a cold brew and it was super light. im not sure if i wasnt brewed right, they put too much half and half, or both, because it didnt even taste like cold brew at that point.

Quality is hit or miss. We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.

Tonight I asked for no blue cheese and ranch.
Got home to find 1/2 pound of crumbled blue cheese all over every single inch of my salad. Seriously I’ve never seen so much of one thing in a salad, could be labeled as a blue cheese salad.
Big shocker the dressing was also blue cheese. I enjoyed the 15 minutes it took to de blue cheese my salad before I got to enjoy a 1/2 of a salad due to most of it being blue cheese.
If you don’t like substitutions just say so, passive aggressively adding more is uncalled for.
