My favorite drink is Caramel Ribbon crunch. I went thru drive thru. When the young man handed me my drink it was nothing at all like my prior visits. I always order with extra crunch! This had no caramel around the cup. Very very little crunch was visible, when normally it is. It looked terrible. So he offered to remake it, which I accepted. It wasn’t much different at all. I am half way thru my drink and no crunch! When you pay $7 plus you expect to get what you ordered. This was the store on Hunt and Gary in San Tan Valley Az. at about 5:30. I was and still am very disappointed. This young man needs to have a crash course in training. I guess from now on, at this store I need to go inside in case I need to teach how to make it.

8/28 I decided to give them another chance! They knocked it out of the park this time! I went inside because drive-thru had a long line, and I talked to the young lady and explained about the extra crunch. First I want to say the young lady that took my order was very sweet. Once my order was taken I sat down. While sitting there I noticed that the customers all walked away from her with a smile on their faces. She was very out going and took time with each customer to learn how they wanted their order. Then when my order came up, she actually brought me my Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I could tell by looking at it that it was perfect! Exactly how I wanted it. I thank you for the message from the owner. I do wish I had gotten this young lady’s name. She was definitely a star! Thank you to this young lady for a job very well done! I was there at about 10:15 or so in the morning. Again, Thank you!

This store is the best in the west. Tabby, Michelle and Kaydon really know.to make a mean shot of espresso and the store is always emaculate!

I’m disappointed with how this Starbucks location is handling a very sensitive and divisive issue currently on our local ballot. On two separate visits, I encountered the same woman inside the store displaying signs and handing out materials related to a highly controversial proposition. She was also engaging customers in conversation about it, which created an environment that felt more tense than welcoming.

People in our community have strong opinions on this issue, and Starbucks is typically a place I go to relax, focus, or spend quiet time with my family. Allowing political advocacy of this nature—especially inside the store—feels out of place. I brought my concern to the manager, Julie, who explained that the woman was exercising her rights. I understand that, but I don't believe a private business like Starbucks should be used as a platform for political messaging or debate.

It’s also quite distracting. It makes it difficult to enjoy the experience—whether I’m there to work or just have a coffee. On both occasions, I ended up leaving earlier than planned. It makes me think twice about coming back if this is the environment being encouraged. I hope the store reconsiders how this affects its broader customer base.

What can I say, it's a Starbucks. Will they get your order right? Sometimes. Will they make it right when they get it wrong? Of course.

Going through the drive-through is a joke!! Not because of the employees (customer service is wonderful) the drive-through and parking.
Just a side note.... Starbucks is not my favorite I've never been a fan of them anyway.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks where people actually want to be there. Since we got there I was greeted with a big smile and pleasant conversation. Kudos to all the ladies that work there. I normally don’t tip for coffee specially if it’s to go ordered from the app but I just had to. I feel like we have lost culture in our country by putting ideology before people’s choices. It’s nice to see culture slowly coming back. Thank you for the smiles!

I did not even think Starbucks coffee could be made so wrong, but I was wrong. I ordered 2 cappacinos. Whatever they gave us just tastes like burnt coffee. I can't even drink it. And we had to wait 15 minutes for this garbage.
How do.you mess up a.staple like a Cappacino?

You don’t get what you pay for. I always get the Grande Iced Brown Sugar oat milk shaken expresso. Every time I order on uber eats they give me mostly ice and whipped cream. Barely any coffee? What’s up with that? I’ll just go to the Starbucks on Ellsworth for now on..

Appreciated the special notes today!

Terrible management and employees. I order Frappuccino‘s every time I come here and they’re never made correctly. They do NOT know how to follow directions at all!!

The employees were so energetic and happy. Tiffany was at the register and assisted me with a smile and pleasant conversation. Seems like everyone was enjoying their morning while on shift. Great coffee shop vibes for a huge chain.

I love Starbucks BUT I’m so tired of ordering the same thing every day and it’s a hit or miss on if my drink is made correctly. And lately on top of that someone is making it without even mixing it. How lazy! At least if it’s mixed I can tell if it’s light enough and going to be good. Here is a picture of my drink on the left that I got yesterday and it’s amazing. And then my drink today on the right and it tastes like dirt!! So disappointing!!
