Ok, now I could be wrong but I feel like the milkshake machine is broken a little too often for such a new store. I mean we live in Arizona, so if there is a machine that shouldn’t be broken it’s the one used for making frostys…. I wanted was a frosty but the late night staff here like to say it’s broken when the reality is that they don’t want to clean it after closing time.
Soda machine broke in the lobby and sprayed syrup all over my son’s shirt. They were very accommodating, apologizing and gave the whole family frosty’s!!!! Thank you Wendy’s!!

The manager went above and beyond for multiple people including me while I sat and ate, and his crew listened to everything he said and did not complain! It was a nice touch to a stressful week, and made my night! ❤
