The bartenders may be busy, especially on tournament weekends, but the service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure each visit feels special. The scratch chicken tenders, a customer favorite, are a standout dish created by Chef Daniel. The hockey-themed setting is kid-friendly, allowing well-behaved children to enjoy the experience while respecting the staff. Especially the Lemon Spaghetti! The server was very personable. The food was incredible—from the fresh ingredients to the thoughtful presentation, every dish was bursting with flavor. The food was excellent, except for the peach cheesecake, where the peaches were hard and there was no peach flavor. However, the cheesecake itself was light and fluffy and airy. The ravioli were the same, pillows of cheese smothered in pepper cheese sauce. Out entrees were flavorful and everything expected of fresh scallops and homemade fennel sausage. The cloud dessert was delicious and they wanted to take home the crunchy chocolate candy on it. Service was outstanding, as the server was personable and explained how they are looking to move the menu to more local ingredients and considering sustainable practices. Overall, 18 Degrees offers a winning combination of delicious food, outstanding service, and a welcoming environment for all.
