I can't believe it took me this long to check The Thumb out! First, I love Cuban sandwiches and this one did not disappoint. Loved the mustard aoli. The three little pigs was also a great way to try all the meats. While we waited for our food we checked out the rest of the gas station and I discovered this would be a great place to go for a cute local gift.

First time visiting but definitely not the last! Went here with my husband on Saturday since we heard Guy Fieri went here. Feels like southern hospitality right when you walk in. Michelle was the cashier who helped me order my food and was a lovely, sweet woman! The employees are amazing, and so is the food. We ordered the brisket sandwich and 3 crunchy tacos with brisket 10/10 - Can't wait to visit again
