One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The waitress was more elusive than bigfoot. I'm still not convinced she actually worked there. If you enjoy getting your own drinks and being charged for things you never receive this is the place for you. What a joke.

Im not sure what happened but I have never had as bad of service as we did today at a restaurant . It was slow and not busy (maybe 6 tables of people) but took almost 30 minutes for drinks. When ordering almost every item I tried to order was not stocked or didn’t have staff to make it apparently. After waiting another half hour my family got their meals, but I didn’t. I waited longer for my meal but when they were done eating my shrimp protein bowl came out without the shrimp. At that point I wanted to just leave and not eat so we paid our check but our waitress ended up charging us $155 on a $94 check and charged us for another table. I had to get it voided and we paid but then later in the day realized I got a second $155 charge after again, so now I will need to file a dispute. I understand mistakes happen but this isn’t excusable

Bartenders are busting and you often have to wait for your check or ask them for another drink as it’s hard for them to check back. Maybe bumpUp staffing during tournament weekends.Vibe is good, plenty of seating and great addition to the location.

The best scratch chicken tenders ever! I eat them all over the country and who would have thought the best ones were in my own backyard! Cheers to Chef Daniel! Just wish I would have added a photo before eating them all!

At this bar and restaurant, the service is a real game-changer, skating beyond the usual with a grace that's rare to find. I'm on a first-name basis with most of the servers, making each visit feel like a friendly team reunion. They don't just serve food; they deliver culinary goals that go way beyond standard bar fare. It's evident they care deeply about their customers, making everyone feel like a star player. Each experience here is like scoring a hat trick – exceptional service, extraordinary food, and a winning atmosphere. This place doesn't just hit the back of the net; it owns the entire rink.Kid-friendliness: In the kid-friendly zone of this hockey-themed establishment, well-behaved children are given the freedom to explore and play, as long as they maintain respect for the staff. This policy creates a welcoming environment for families, ensuring that even the littlest fans can enjoy the atmosphere while adhering to the good sportsmanship expected of all guests.

Bar service was good, but when seated at a table, the experience changed for the worse. Food was not bad, but service was. It took over 45 minutes to receive a burger and salad on a Tuesday night. Asked for a drink, which never came. It's a bit pricey for bar food. Won't go back.

Really nice atmosphere and friendly service. Waitress was real nice and courteous, but service was disjointed. Had to ask multiple times for napkins and utensils were not provided (had to use utensils given to my in-laws). Ordered fries as an appetizer, but they came out after the entree. My entree, the Pesto Cream Sauce Penne Pasta, was good as was my son's Pasta Marinara. However, my wife's and daughter's meal were okay. My wife's tater tots and my daughter's fries were very salty. Overall, the experience was okay, but at the price we paid service could have been a bit better. If there you're in the area and nothing else is catching your eye, give 18° a try.

Perfect restaurant for a laid back, casual experience. Great food with a menu that offers a wide variety of selections; one of the few places in the neighborhood that has a late night menu! Behind the bar, Sean is attentive and personable; excellent customer service. Will be back soon!

Great spot for food and drinks. Their BBQ Bloody Mary is loaded with vitamins. Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin Bacon. A salad in a glass.

You'll find this gem next to the "Ice Den" rink. Contemporary & upscale with a friendly neighborhood vibe. Excellent prices- gregarious servers & the best charcuterie we've ever had the pleasure of devouring. Imported selections of melt in your mouth cured meats (Prosciutto, Mortandela, and more) with a lovely wine list. The cheese variety was perfectly balanced with delicious sharp provolone, fontina, creamy mascarpone & fresh mozzarella & a gorgeous fig jam. We are zero carb 95% of the time- but their crispy flaky crust and chewy center bread tasted freshly baked and was too incredible to forgo! We also ordered the Kevin- Keto burger, served bun-less, topped with choices of bacon/cheese/egg/green chili sauce/fresh ripe avocado.. just WOW! Can't wait to return for another "wine & board date" & my husband is looking forward to bringing friends to try some of the extensive beer offerings & house-made pastas!

Been by the Ice Den a hundred times the past 16 years here in Scottsdale and did not know 18 Degrees was inside until seeing Fox 10 special earlier. Sean, bartender, immediately greeted, made introductions and explained menu and specials to include extensive draft beer selection. If you're a sports fan, they have all sports packages for games. Wanted to try something different so went with the Calabrian chili wings, Sean recommended the blue cheese dressing which is outstanding. Plenty of activity in the house with hockey activities, seems like a good locals pub where everyone knows everyone. Truly glad to have seen the Fox10 special earlier. Will be back with my wife and friends.

The meatballs were very firm, kind of tough and cold in the middle right from the get go. I asked if the wings "bone-in" could be made extra crispy, and they said yes. The wings came out dry and the skin was sloppy not crispy. Fries were soggy. Seriously, how hard is it to cook simple bar food. Shame on you 18°
