I was looking for a fun place for a girls' evening out. I got a reservation for 630. The ambience was super cute and brought back a lot of memories of the 90s. We ordered a drink as soon as we sat down. There were some fun choices with clever names. It was super loud and hard to talk to each other, and since we really wanted to catch up, we decided to just order an appetizer and some French Fries. Two of our party grabbed one more cocktail and a beer. The food arrived, and we ate and got the check. Unfortunately, the bill was high for the amount of food and the number of drinks we ordered. I know we are in Scottsdale, but I it was expensive. Overall this pop up is super cute, but I would recommend it for late-night hangouts, not dinner. I think it would be fun. But I would only order 1 drink due to cost.
Took my daughter and wife out for my daughters 24th bday. It was exactly what we wanted. Loud music and bar food. Definitely a place where the girls have a good time
My friends and I enjoyed our 90's nostalgia! It was so fun to be able to read the menu and see all that they had! It made me feeling transported!
I wasn't expecting loud, bumping and thumping club music. Made it hard to hear the other person at my table and to have any conversation. Would've liked less loud music.
Our waitress was very disinterested in serving us, luckily there was a male bartender/server that had all the energy, was so fun and interactive that he redeemed the less than stellar performances of others! He was a standout!
Danielle was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of all night long. The food was delicious, drinks were on point, and the music was a vibe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment.
It would be nice to know ahead of time that the booths were only for an hour and a half. Also, said it was my birthday and the waitress could have cared less. The waitress was not very friendly and we ended up leaving before the hour and a half was up.
Only 2 tables with guests & service was slow. Food was good but drinks are very overpriced for not getting any souvenir glass. Overall, ok experience for a pop up bar.
Celebrated my birthday here with family and friends, it was decorated so fun and the service was great! Outstanding vibe with music and good times! Will be back.
The decor is fun and we had good service, but the overall vibe was off. The DJ was not playing the classic pop songs of the 90s. He was trying to add techno beats to the songs and put his own spin on it. When a friend tried to request a song the DJ said, “I played that song last night.” No one there that night was there last night. Overall, the place was pretty quiet and I truly think that if the DJ was better that the over experience would have been better.

It's not what we expected. This place is not Open Table worthy. The drinks and food were expensive and not good.
There was a time limit. Service was terrible so could not order more than once. Drink ingredients were stale. Food had been sitting and was barely warm when delivered. The only positive was the decoration and music.
I had such a great time at 50 Shades of Rosé! The music and vibes are amazing. The staff are incredible, very friendly people. The drinks were really creative, but also delicious. I would definitely recommend checking it out!
Very well done and excellent attention to detail for this 90's pop-up bar (March 2025), but the music was so so so loud and none of us could hear each other, so unfortunately we just stayed for one drink and left. Had the music not been so loud, we would've definitely stayed longer. We happened to go on a Thursday where they had a $10 special on a Don Julio 1942 margarita, which was small but very tasty, especially with the Tajin rim! Crazy good deal for 1942! Awesome place for photo ops, nice service, but for our early (6:30) reservation on a Thursday - the music needs to be lower for us old people who were born in the 80's and grew up in the 90s, lol
Discriminatory and Unwelcoming – Avoid if You Have a Service Animal
Update: i added my reservation since they tried to state i am leaving this for the wrong place. I reached out to the email provided.

I do not recommend this place if you have a service animal. From the start, the doorman was unwelcoming, and the owner told me I could only stay for an hour with my cardiac alert dog—a completely unacceptable and likely illegal restriction. Despite my party of seven spending over $200 in a nearly empty restaurant, we were still treated poorly.
The only positive aspect of our visit was our waitress, who was kind and attentive. However, the overall experience—especially the dismissive and discriminatory treatment—ensures we will never return. On top of that, the food wasn’t even worth the hassle.
Would not recommend.
