This is our go to Poki spot. Love the convenience and ease of ordering. It does seem that their fish quality has gone down a bit and the prices have gone up dramatically in the last few years.
Showed up on a Thursday after picking up my husband from the airport. He was super hungry since he flew in from New York. Both online and window says open until 8pm, but when we arrived at 7:45pm every single food item was already put away. You should change your closing hour if you’re not open till 8pm. So glad Chipotle was practically next door and still open!
I wanted to love this place as much as I do the Ahipoki Bowl. The location is convenient but I just couldn’t stand the food smell it was so strong.

I feel sorry that you have to work for this person who forgot her broom on Halloween or maybe she had it hidden next to the dishes she was doing when she completely ignored the fact that I’ve been waiting so I thought this is a really important in. It just wasn’t her deal to work the floor. I’m.Well, I’m trying to help a handicapped person communicate because it was a problem on a previous order with Ranger and guess what all of a sudden she shows up and she didn’t like it. She was talking to him over the phone or something and she proceeded to start shutting things down and telling me how it was going to be done And that I was getting loudI apologized and told her to read as getting loud because the person on the phone was heart of hearing and the most loyal customer, but she had none of it. She was definitely not caring anything about me having a good or better customer experience service.She said absolutely nothing positive and again it was very apparent that she wanted to tell me it had to be down this way.
