This location is both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's located on the 2nd floor of Scottsdale Fashion (Mall) just south of the movie theater. It was 2pm on a Monday. Line was wrapped around the corner. Because of this the wait was VERY long. Service was ideal. Everyone was nice, professional and seemed to be working as fast as possible to fulfill all orders/requests.

Amazing customer care at this location. They were very conscious of our request to not have butter added onto our pretzel bites - we just had to wait for them to be made fresh ? The associate even did something extra special / kind for us, which made this an above and beyond great experience. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Most items are vegetarian friendly. As for Vegan friendly, the pretzel base can be adjusted to not include butter. The pretzels are just as delicious without butter! This location was more than willing to accommodate our no butter request.

Disgusting. Ordered minibons through DoorDash and they came completely stale and frozen. Can't eat them at all. Disgusting.

For whatever reason, this snack place is located far from the food court. It's right next to the Macy's with no other food places in close proximity. Feels weird that it isn't in the food court. In any case, I decided to get their mini pretzel dogs which is a 10 count and cost $7.71. They have mustard and ketchup too for this. They made it fresh for me and they were pretty good.

Mary was so sweet to me! The absolute best employee at auntie Anne’s I have ever been to! Not only was she’s super nice, but she was also very patient and cheerful you can absolutely tell that she loves her job. I would highly recommend requesting her when placing your order, great customer service, very cheerful, and will make sure your pretzels are hot!

Needs a better process for mobile order pickup. Most of the time my order isn’t ready in the quoted time and sometimes they aren’t even aware that there is a mobile order pending until I tell them.

Somehow the manager finds it reasonable to charge $1 for a cup of water while I payed $20 for two cups of pretzels and a lemonade. Was also told it would take an hour to make pretzel dogs. Never coming back due to the greed and laziness.

I received a Tmobile Tuesdays offer for a free pretzel with any purchase. I live in Fountain Hills so the closest location is Scottsdale Fashion Square. Their hours online were updated just 6 DAYS AGO! However they are currently CLOSED because they're relocating in the mall! What a WASTE of a trip! They need to update to TEMPORARILY CLOSED until they reopen!

I ordered delivery through the Auntie Anne's app. They made good time and the food was good. But they forgot an item and the receipt said to call for help. So I talk to someone who says she's going to ask her manager for help. She then tells me I have to get in contact with Door Dash. I tell her I didn't order through Door Dash and if the store just give me a refund for the forgotten item. She then says no that Door Dash has to help me. Finally after not getting anywhere with her. I contact Door Dash, and guess what they say to me? I have to go through Auntie Anne's because they took the payment, which I had already told the person who answered the phone. I refuse to go back to this unprofessional, unwilling and lazy kind of customer service from this store. I'm very disappointed because I've been going to Auntie Anne's for years.
