Don’t bother ordering ahead at all, bc the times on the app don’t matter and you have to wait in whatever really long line they have at the time to get it and they pack it in front of you instead of having it ready to go. May as well have just ordered and payed there. The pretzel i got was crunchy and kind of burnt/hard. Overall disappointed. ☹️ This has happened twice now so I guess it’s just how they run things at this location.

Went here with family for the first time and the service they provided to me and them was outstanding. Team members Jose and Ryder specifically were great in accommodating family needs and growing my experience at Scottsdale.

This location is both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's located on the 2nd floor of Scottsdale Fashion (Mall) just south of the movie theater. It was 2pm on a Monday. Line was wrapped around the corner. Because of this the wait was VERY long. Service was ideal. Everyone was nice, professional and seemed to be working as fast as possible to fulfill all orders/requests.
