“Absolutely LOVE this neighborhood hangout ... and it's not even IN my neighborhood! Locally brewed beers (even nonalcoholic rootbeer) on tap; Mythic Goat's amazing coffees; a fabulous deli; kitchen producing paninis, fresh-baked croissants, and killer cheese/salume boards ... I could go on!! They have Trivia nights, the locals do Game Nights (Mexican Train Dominoes are the current obsession); there are wine tastings ... I DRIVE to come here several times a week.“

“Absolutely fantastic. Truly a hidden gem. Off beat motel setting opening into a delightful bar area and resturant. Service is great. Food is inventive and delicious. The chef is charming. One of the best meals in Arizona! Tasting menu is a lot of fun. And ALOT of food. And the cocktails are expertly made as well.“

They partner with food trucks (tonight we had Comfort Nourishment… and it was incredible) bring in small batch wine and beers and have created a fun and inviting atmosphere! Hang out and play games, enjoy amazing drinks, and try new foods. Everyone was so friendly too—staff but also patrons. Felt like a community. Highly recommended and when we find ourselves here again we will be back!“

“I really enjoy this restaurant and I have come several times always calm and relaxing, good prices and great food. Which is why I gave it the rating I did but the last two times I have come here the only difference was the staff. The first visit had a wonderful sweet gal, understanding and she was busy but never lost her smile. 😃 This second time however the woman behind the counter was rude, she had long hair with blue eyes but she was short with the customers and the staff. If I was her cook I would have quit. She was short with regulars and even the to-go staff maybe I came in after a rush or something but when you are solo is your time to kill it for tips and this was disappointing. She literally sighed every time customers sat down. Maybe she should have just asked to go home.“

“Exceptional food, unforgettable service

I had the chicken Caesar wrap, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about it. The wrap was absolutely showered in Parmesan cheese, not skimpy, not subtle, but perfectly indulgent in the most delicious way. The grilled chicken was charred to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was better than the last.

The wrap came with a side of Italian pasta, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It complemented the meal beautifully and elevated the entire experience, it wasn’t just a side, it felt intentional and comforting.

But what truly made this visit stand out was Gigi, who I believe is the restaurant manager. She was absolutely amazing kind, attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Her presence alone elevated the entire experience. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and the team, and she represents Born & Bred exceptionally well. She is an incredible hire and a true asset to the restaurant.

Great food brings people in, but great people make them come back and Gigi is exactly that. Born & Bred has something special here, and I’ll definitely be returning.

“My neighbors and I went here for the first time today, and had a great dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious. The 4 of us each really enjoyed our meal. I got the Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas and they were awesome. We also got the Ahi Crudo appetizer which was outstanding. Very fresh flavors, and cooked perfectly by the chefs. The service was also very good. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful. It's a well-managed restaurant. The Christmas vibe is also very cool 👍“
