I went there just before close on Friday night and ordered take-out at the kiosk. The store abiance was very cold, uninviting, and procedural, so it seemed better to leave with the food than to hang around (even better to eat in the vehicle than inside). There was very minimal interaction with the employees in the front. They seemed to be underutilized, bored, and anxious, because they had to stand there helplessly waiting for the orders to be prepared while trying to avoid eye contact with the growing line of customers waiting for their orders. It was apparent that I should have ordered in andvance, because the other customers that artived after me were served before I was. I saw my miso soup and edamame sitting on the counter at least 5-10 minutes before the rest of my order was ready, and I worried that they would be cold when I got them. When my food was finally ready 20-25 minutes after arrival, I took my order to the car and watched the employees clean up while I ate. The edimame was nicely warm and plentiful but a little undercooked. I ate them after the rest of the meal and was glad that I had ordered them, because they helped to fill me up. The soup was lukewarm but gladly not cold. It was a small serving for the $4.50 price and not a satisfying item, because it was not hot enough and had no tofu. The Yellowtail sashimi was delivious and fresh. I enjoyed every bight. The california roll was very good especially for the price of $6.50: definitely a solid choice both times I have been there. The bored wmployees in the front were very reliable at the job of preparing the orders with napkins, chopsticks, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and packing up the orders. I will definitely get the edamame and california roll next time and order ahead!

This is a unique sushi bar... very utilitarian and modern with good food and reasonable prices. You order off a touch screen at the front and a young guy brings the food to your table. I'm guessing the owners tried to automate as much as possible so they can hire younger lower cost people to run the place and still deliver satisfactory food. It works for me.

Modern, trendy sushi place with some unique combinations. Place order on 1 of 2 monitors. Select from the sliding menu, which rolls out to more choices as you slide left. Pay at screen or cashier. Wait for your name to be called.

The vegetable section has a colorful array of sushi. The Vegetable Roll was good with the pickled burdock root, giving it a nice crunch. The tofu dried wrap was nice with lettuce and rice, simple. The mushroom roll was a rice Vegetable Roll of sorts covered with sautéed button mushroom in a light brown sauce. I liked this off setting the other rolls.

The Wasabi was extra zingy, the usual pickled ginger is represented as awatery sauce, and the soya sauce came in a packet.

Easy parking and easy to drive into and out of. Great staff with friendly smiles.

Nice small place. Service was great, and the sushi was delicious. The edamame has a sweet spicy sauce. A good place for sushi lovers that have friends or family that won't eat sushi, there are good options for both.

It's a below mid, the food was ok and took along time just to be prepared. Didn't care for any of sauces. I had the Katsu bento box. I enjoyed the opinions they offered with changing the sushi and rice. But my katsu was still soggy under the fried crust and I didn't care for that eather. The katsu sauce tasted like ketchup and the salad sauce mainly tasted of mayonnaise. It also tasted like they put mayonnaise in the California roll.

This place is the bomb. If one of these opened on the east coast it would be game over. Fast and cheap and super fresh

Very impressed! I wasn't sure what to expect from a small take-out place like this, but the sushi here is EXCELLENT! Large pieces of very fresh fish that tasted fantastic. The service here is also very good. I would definitely come back here again.

The place is dead. The bathroom is a human right. A person shouldnt have to buy something to change her tampon/pad. Girl was snarky about it also. Bathroom wasn't even locked. If you're going to gatekeep, then do it fully. Will not ever spend money here again. I'm passionate about water and bathroom rights. I work in restaurants also. Ffs this is scottsdale!! Do better. So desperate for money withholding basic human rights. Pathetic.

This place was such a great stop! I was just looking for somewhere to sit and charge my laptop, and decided to get a sushi roll here to sit in. The place is really clean, and the girl at the counter was very nice. I loved the salmon roll! It was so refreshing and only $7! So much salmon too, considering the price. Usually, I have grocery store sushi rolls for $7 and this was way, way better. Such a great place to sit and do some work. There is no guest wifi, which was a little bit of a bummer but the food and atmosphere was great regardless :) definitely a great stop for a nice sushi roll. I love seaweed salad, and plan on getting that the next time I stop in. I took a picture of the salmon roll, but it's missing 2 pieces because it was so good I couldn't help but eat them before remembering to get a picture, lol.

Why is there pepper in my sushi? It completely ruins the flavor! Won’t be back.

I love going in for a quick lunch, I usually get a bento box, but even if I only want a side salad they are always good with that. I love the service and the miso salad dressing is SO
