I feel like out of nowhere I live here now lol I'm always here. I go to a private gym down the street and I wanted a smoothie one day, saw this place on Yelp decided to give it a try and I've been going back days in a row for the gluten-free vanilla Almond joy. It is the best and the guy that works here is nice and usually always knows my order.
I had a great experience here! I go to the gym at independence gym, which is in the same plaza and just a minute walk to Firebird. The place is very organized and bright and the smoothie menu is very easy to navigate. I didn't even get a chance to catch the name of the gentleman taking my order because I was rushing to go catch a flight. I got the mint chocolate cookie smoothie and it was delicious! I am pretty sure most of the smoothies have 30 g of protein, which is great!

Yummy smoothies with so many options to choose from! I've tried cookies n cream, mint chocolate chip and strawberries and cream and they're all so good! I don't think you can go wrong with any flavor.
