This location is terribly staffed. Every time I come here they are overwhelmed and do not have enough help. The employees are constantly saying “please be patient we only have 3 people working”. If I was the franchises owner I’d want to maximize my investment and hire more people. The staff they have does well with the cards they are dealt.
Let’s just say this was pretty disappointing when I went to eat it…. Maybe the are better off just giving the cream cheese to the customer!! Wow I guess it’s time for a new Dunkin ?

I need to know how to fix a consistent problem I've been having with my orders. If i order an iced coffee with cream and sugar, I get a dunkin coffee as expected. Slightly burnt taste (in a good way) and sweet, crunchy granules of sugar suspended in the drink. My issue is that starting my day with dairy destroys my stomach for the day.
