I ordered a frozen coffee and when it was given to me it looked a little white so I asked if it was my frozen coffee and they said yes, there is 0 coffee in my “frozen coffee”. I was given a vanilla milkshake. Also, staff was unorganized and didn’t clarify my name at the window causing an entire ordeal. Will not be going back to this location.

Please hire someone other than the big scary lady you have at the front counter who doesn't know how to smile or be nice or not look at a customer like they're stupid when they inform them that their drink is messed up lol. Or better idea get rid of all the stuff and replace them all with robots. $100,000 investment would pay itself off in 2 months when you have a bunch of very happy customers who never get messed up orders.

The manager at this location is horrible at delegating duties to the staff. Waited 10 minutes at the front counter while one employee was mopping the floor and the other facing donuts with a line of people waiting.. You're trained to serve the customer first.. not clean and face donuts when there are people waiting. Also, it would be wise not to have your employee with 3 massive hickey's on her neck working the front.

Came to get Dunkin as a little treat, and got the sausage egg wrap, (just egg, sausage, cheese, and a tortilla, simple right?) but the taste was awful, the tortilla has a 2 week old freezer taste, the egg was bland, and the sausage tasted old. It was like eating leftovers from 2 weeks ago that you found in the back of the fridge and decided to heat it up. Fortunately, after reading other posts, I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes for my stuff, but even just waiting a couple minutes I felt like I wasted time and money. Don’t recommend this location. Definitely going somewhere else.

They are probably the most disorganized team I ever see. They don’t communicate with eachother and always forget your order. I had to wait over half hour to PICK UP my food… this is ridiculous

Service at this location is terrible and the staff is rude. We placed a pickup order and they didn't have any of the items we ordered upon arriving. We asked for a refund and were refused. I reached out to them via email and was asked to submit a receipt (which I did), but they still have not gotten back to me and I have not received a refund. This was a few weeks ago now.

They lose about 5 driver-through costumers every-time I come. People can’t wait for 30-50 min for a drive-through, no one answers the speaker. Get left for a long time. Order never prepared when you reach the window. Even for an app pick up order there’s always something missing.

I need to know how to fix a consistent problem I've been having with my orders. If i order an iced coffee with cream and sugar, I get a dunkin coffee as expected. Slightly burnt taste (in a good way) and sweet, crunchy granules of sugar suspended in the drink. My issue is that starting my day with dairy destroys my stomach for the day. I have tried to sub the cream for oat milk in order to avoid this discomfort but it ruins the coffee every time. I expect it to be less sweet than with cream, but for some reason no matter how i order the oat milk substitution it always ruins the sugar content also. The cream is not the source of the crunchy sugar bits, but when I sub it out for oat milk there are no more sugar bits. I've tried ordering extra sugar. I've tried ordering through the app. No matter how I order, it seems i cannot get an oat milk substitution or any non dairy substitution without absolutely ruining the sugar ratio expected.

Espresso machine is brokenly seemingly 2x a week most weeks. Imagine being a coffee shop and not having espresso available consistently. Same thing with Hot Food. I stop there every morning because it’s the most convenient coffee spot on my route to work. I’m disappointed each week as this place always has something wrong every week.Poorly run location. Issues are always blamed on the machines being broken or simply ran out of inventory. I understand stuff breaks, but this can’t be a thing week in and week out. This place either needs new mgmt or the equipment needs to be updated. What a joke.

This location is terribly staffed. Every time I come here they are overwhelmed and do not have enough help. The employees are constantly saying “please be patient we only have 3 people working”. If I was the franchises owner I’d want to maximize my investment and hire more people. The staff they have does well with the cards they are dealt.

The customer service was horrible. I was with my friends on my birthday trying to order sandwich and the man taking my order should not be in customer service. We were being super nice our order was just a little large.
