Very satisfying loved it….
The salmon used in the rolls is very fatty, not lean as it was before. I’ve been getting the same rolls from this place for a year. The last three visits the quality has been extremely disappointing. Not spending my money here anymore. Something changed, it’s not good anymore. It’s a shame.

Bei Sushi Express is a restaurant with consistently great food and service. The Hawaiian poke bowl comes with salmon, tuna, seaweed, imitation crab, daikon and scallion and is delicious. The food is absolutely delicious and very fresh with generous portions. The menu is huge and includes a full menu for vegan/vegetarians, like the green bei roll. The tuna tataki is the best in America, with perfectly sliced larger pieces and a choice of sauces. However, the sushi burritos have become embarrassingly small, at 25-30% of their previous size. The customer service is outstanding, with a very nice, professional guy who makes the whole experience better. The cook is amazing too. The express location is conveniently located in a plaza with a parking lot, and has a setup almost like a restaurant with indoor and patio seating.
