I have been coming to Berdena’s for 2 years almost everyday when i am in Arizona, love their coffee, food everything is great except the staff they were great until they weren’t i have had a couple of interactions with two new girls that are very rude, but then you have the girl with the orange hair (she is amazingly nice) that compensates for the other two I just wish they trained their customer service better specially for people like me that are there almost everyday
Unfortunate that this shop opens at 9am on a Saturday. Would love to enjoy a morning here before the Sunday starts with errands. Along with this, breakfast burrito has very little consistency with it. Some weekends it’s great some weekends it’s barely wrapped, messy and smaller portions/ratios of ingredients etc. other than that, this is a great place and we all grow from feedback!

The burrito used to be great, but the quality has gone down. Furthermore they never have the salsa. I can understand running out, but there are many times it's not there at opening time. Why doesn't the owner ensure they are prepared for the shift?
