As people wait in the drive through lane being directed to order with a person, they leave the other lane open for people to cut in front of the entire line, what was the point of having to be forced to order with a person in a drive through. Made my order 20 min instead of 5min.

This Black Rock is awesome. Every time we go through the drive thru, the employees are friendly and fast, and our coffee drinks are always pipin' hot and made to order. From the Americano to the White Chocolate Mocha to the Matcha latte (when I'm feeling the need to have some antioxidants with my caffeine), each and every drink is delish. The only time we've had a long wait, is when some annoying person in front of us orders 6+ drinks for their screaming kids and overweight cats in the suburban in front of us.

Great little spot for coffee on the go! My brother and I swung through the drive through for an afternoon pick me up. There was no wait, the staff was friendly, and drinks were made promptly! I ordered a Mexican mocha blended. It's a combination of cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. Having it blended made it creamy and refreshing, almost like a milkshake! The drink was so tasty! From what I could see, the inside looks super cute. I would love to come back and explore more off the menu.
Always enjoy working from blackrock. The employee was friendly and made my drink quickly. I went when it wasn’t crowded and the lobby closed but I was able to stay inside while the drive thru was still open, which was quite nice.
