Severely and consistently understaffed in the early am and mid afternoon.
Not sure what unexpected thing had this poor woman working completely on her own on a busy evening, but Yazmin was killing it! She was moving so fast and keeping track of so many things!
A lot of these reviews talk about long wait times and incorrect orders, but personally (not saying it didn't happen to them), I have never encountered these issues at this location. I work across the street so I stop here probably 4-5 times a week. The line moves decently quick, the drinks are always spot on, and my favorite part is how welcoming and inviting the staff are, I can't even point out a specific one because they are all wonderful.
