Prettt bummed. We sat down for our reservation, were given water and menus and then 5 mins later asked to move tables to accommodate a 5 person group. We of course obliged but then we were ignored. Finally someone took our drink order and we put our food order in at the same time and then 45 Mins went by and no one came to our table. No refills, no appetizer no food. Food was good, but way overhyped based off of all the social media I've seen recently. The chicken Caesar wrap barely had dressing, and the wrap was wrapped so loose it fell apart instantly. Also, made a reservation for inside and was sat outside. Luckily they were able to move us because it was freezing and we didn't wanna sit outside, hence the reservation. My wife and I went here for the first time last night. Love the atmosphere and overall look. Our server Abby was amazing and very helpful with suggestions. I am giving this place 3 stars because we noticed on our bill that there is a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. This is absolutely absurd for a restaurant, especially one as nice as this one. You would expect a fee from the corner mom and pop convenience store, not a restaurant. Who carries that amount of cash on them...
