I have officially defected from Chipotle since it's become clear Cafe Rio is superior in every way. Every single time I come to Cafe Rio, I am blown away by the service. Not only are all the employees welcoming, but they seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I've never felt like a burden for asking questions - they answer everything and are so helpful. And let's talk fresh food. The chicken is so flavorful. I've had bowls, tacos, quesadillas, all of them tasty and delicious. Plus the FRESH MADE TORTILLAS. Im obsessed with this place. They're making a monster.

I literally ordered on the app far before anyone else who was there. I ordered at 5:55, got to the store at 6:10 and finally got my food at 6:45. I literally watched as the kept doing a bunch of much larger orders in the main line, and kept doing every single order of people who walked in after i did. I stood there like an idiot for 35 minutes thanks to them. So basically dont use the app or theyll completely forget about you. I got 1 bowl and watched as they made 3 bagfuls of food for others. This cafe rio specifically sucks. This literally never happens anywhere else

A clean store with great food, the staff are all friendly and very nice, interior is very nice! Cashier was willing to help me in a tough spot, they've earned a lifelong customer from me. When I eat at this strip mall it's gonna be at this Cafe rio!

Better than their competition. Fresher ingredients, friendlier staff, and service. I like the selection of sauces, plus they have great daily specials. I won't even go to that other place now. Cafe Rio had become my lunch spot.

This Cafe Rio is always super clean, but even better is how amazing the staff is, particularly Reyes! He is always smiling, so efficient and always makes us feel welcome! This is our fave location because of the service here! The food is always perfect. But Reyes truly keeps us loyal to this location!!
