Have a daughter with celiac disease. Tried to ask the staff what items were gluten free and was told, "I don't know it's on our website". Finally got answers from another customer whose wife also cannot have gluten about what was safe to eat. Then asked if they could change their gloves and utensils and they seemed upset at the request. When ordering food for myself, I ordered a simple tortilla soup. A new employee made it wrong and he was literally yelled at my the guy training him in front of everyone in the restaurant, loudly! Food was ok, but because of customer service I will never return.

Sorry I haven't been to this place Cafe Rio Fresh and haven't try the food & can't rate the place like how good it the food the service and establishment or Atmosphere but I don't say I won't go there to try the food so I'll be going there sometime soon with my family and friends again

The staff is always friendly.When I'm in the area this is the place I go. The food is delicious and the house made limeade/horchata are sweet.The new elote and chips was a surprise. Definitely will by more.

Party of five made an evening meal stop. The food was very good and the line to order moved quickly. The size of the portions could easily be split by two people. The place was very clean and the Staff were very helpful.Parking: Easy parking even for a Chevy Crew Dually.

Cafe Rio opened near us and I was excited to try it out. Two words: Salty and Expensive. I should have known since the company is based in Utah, not known for their Mexican Food. We ordered burritos with Pollo Asado and I could not discern what was chicken, and what was rice because it was a mouthful of sodium. Luckily I had a $10. off coupon otherwise it would have been $30. for 2 burritos !! We ate half because we were hungry, but threw the rest away. It was very disappointing.

Standing in line there are 4 employees here and it took 15 minutes anyone to even acknowledge us. I just remembered why I don't eat here!! Ever. Oh and it gets better they charged me $12.89 for a plane kids being burrito ! I questioned them & they told me sorry there's nothing we can do about that!
The food was terrible. Taco Bell is disgusting, and Taco Bell's food is better than this place; don't waste your time and money.

This is legitimately my new favorite spot. The deals are amazing just like the food. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the points. I find myself coming here once every couple weeks, more depending on the promos. The nachos are my favorite but the other stuff is good too. Then also have curbside which is nice if you wanna pick up dinner on the way home from work. One of my fav things they do in regards to service is for the nachos is they leave everything on the side so it doesn't get soggy. Everyone is been nice here. Has a great ambiance if you go inside to eat. Try the sweet pork yummmm.
