Yet another excellent experience from Reserve. Lex remembered serving us from a year ago. So that's certainly a mark of fine service. The newly conceived aguachile with Argentinian shrimp, serrano, mango salsa and tomatillo broth was a star. Just the right amount of heat and perfectly balanced tartness with the sweetness of the shrimp. We also loved the quail leg lollipop. Beautiful crispiness with a perfect cook. We recently dined at The Reserve and had a wonderful experience, highlighted by exceptional service.
